Terms and Conditions for Artistic Fonts​

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into between Shenzhen Yunxu Huiju Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”), with registered address at No. 234, Xin’an Market, Longteng Community, Xixiang Sub-district, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, and the person or entity purchasing or using the Licensor’s artistic fonts (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”). By downloading, installing, copying, or using the artistic fonts (the “Product”) provided by the Licensor, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.​

1. License Grant​

1.1 The Licensor, as the legitimate copyright owner of the Product, grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Product in accordance with the terms herein.​

1.2 The Licensee shall only use the Product for legitimate purposes within the scope permitted by this Agreement, and shall not obtain any ownership or other intellectual property rights to the Product except for the use right explicitly granted herein.​

2. Permitted Uses​

The Licensee is authorized to use the Product for the following purposes:​

2.1 Printed materials (e.g., brochures, posters, books, business cards, and other printed publications);​

2.2 Digital media (e.g., website content, social media graphics, e-books, and mobile application interfaces);​

2.3 Advertising and promotional materials (e.g., online ads, offline promotional displays, and multimedia presentations);​

2.4 Other non-infringing and legitimate commercial or non-commercial uses that do not violate applicable laws and regulations.​

3. Prohibited Acts​

The Licensee shall not engage in any of the following acts without the Licensor’s prior written consent:​

3.1 Modifying, adapting, recreating, or deriving new fonts from the Product;​

3.2 Conducting reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempting to obtain the source code or core technical information of the Product;​

3.3 Distributing, sharing, renting, lending, or reselling the Product (in whole or in part) to any third party in any form (including but not limited to USB drives, cloud storage, or network transmission);​

3.4 Using the Product for illegal, defamatory, obscene, violent, or other immoral purposes that violate public order and good customs;​

3.5 Using individual characters of the Product to create independent commercial products (e.g., letter sets, stickers, or decorative items);​

3.6 Allowing third parties (including clients or partners) to directly use the Product for design customization or other purposes beyond the scope of this Agreement.​

4. Intellectual Property Rights​

4.1 The copyright and all other intellectual property rights of the Product are exclusively owned by the Licensor. The Licensee shall not challenge the validity of the Licensor’s intellectual property rights or assist any third party in doing so.​

4.2 The Licensee shall properly indicate the Licensor’s ownership of the Product when using it publicly, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Licensor.​

5. Term and Termination​

5.1 This Agreement shall take effect on the date the Licensee first downloads, installs, or uses the Product, and shall remain in effect until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.​

5.2 The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and pursue legal liability if the Licensee violates any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee shall immediately cease using the Product and delete all copies thereof (including backup files).​

6. Limitation of Liability​

6.1 The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Licensee’s improper use of the Product or violation of this Agreement.​

6.2 The Licensee shall be solely responsible for any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from its use of the Product in violation of applicable laws or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.​

7. General Provisions​

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people’s court with jurisdiction over the Licensor’s registered address.​

7.2 The Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. Any modifications shall be announced through the Licensor’s official channels, and the modified terms shall take effect upon announcement. The Licensee’s continued use of the Product after the modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.​
